What do expect next
Initial Meeting
After application has been completed submitted and reviewed by our office one of the Vaad Staff will arrange a meeting within 2-3 business days
Inspection at Establishment
An Initial inspection will be arranged and take place within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email detailing any kashrus issues that requires attention. You will need to provide us with a projected date of completion.
Follow Up
Vaad HaKashrus staff will contact you a day or so prior to the projected completion date to schedule a follow up inspection at your establishment
Financial Discussions
After confirmation that all requested kashrus issues have been satisfactorily completed You will be contacted to discuss and finalize the certification fee.
Contract
Immediately after that has been done a contract will be drafted and completed, generally within 2-3 business days. A copy of the contract will be emailed to you for your review.
Certified
Arrangements will then be made for a final meeting and signing of the contract Initial payment for certification must be submitted to the office at time of contract signing. A Vaad kashrus certificate will then be given to you.
